Sports Watch

Throuhout the late 1960s and beyond Timex capitalised on the water resistance of the Marlin and later Viscount ranges to produce many sports watches. Starting with the Skin Diver with a 600 ft / 180m depth rating and progressing to shallower 60 ft /  25m sports watches, various bezels and dial designs give each watch different functions that cover all bases.  Timex Sports watches have dive bezels, world time bezels, tachymeter bezels, count up bezels, 12 hour GMT bezels and tide bezels.

Timex sports watches are a great place to start your collecting journey. Just make sure the watches have the correct bezels :D
