Timex Dynabeat

The Timex Dynabeat watches are an upgrade from the previous generation of Electric watches. They have a high-beat movement increasing from 21,600 Bph to 28,800 Bph which gives the seconds hand a smoother sweeping action.

Timex Dynabeat take a 357 battery or a modern AG 13/LR 44 battery.

Like Electric watches, Timex Dynabeat have a hybrid quartz-mechanical movement, using quartz battery to power a mechanical watch in place of a wound mainspring.

Dynabeat watches include the Time-Zone, Timex’s first GMT watch produced in the 1970s.
