Timex Field Watches

Although never officially classed as such, many vintage Timex watches carry field watch aesthetics. Dials are black with miltiple rows of white numeras counting both hours and minutes, lume is applied to both hands and the dial. The watches are waterproof adding to their field watch capabilities. For examplles of field watch aesthetics look at the Timex Sprite and Camper ranges. These watches are often described as being military or military style however, Timex only made one true military watch in 1982.
