This is a mystery watch made by Kelton in the 1950’s. Its a chronostop chronograph watch, but unlike the Timex Southampton, uses push buttons instead of a rocker switch to start, stop and reset time. As a result this is a unique model in the Timex/Kelton/US Time range.
Update: I’ve managed to find this model in an old ebay listing. The official name is a Sports Stop Watch.

The rear of the case displays: The new Kelton sports- stop watch. Radiolite numerals and hands. Decimal graduation (100). Green “Go” button. 24 hour army-navy dial. Seconds and minute track. Red “Stop” button.
The best way to get satisfaction from your Kelton sports stop watch is to start off a contest when the red sweep seconds hand is on the 12 hour mark (or 60 second).
When contest has completed press red “stop” button. After the elapsed time reading has been made, make sure to immediately resume watch operation by pressing the green “go” button.
