This piece is NOS (new old stock) however due to age the strap has disintegrated. The paperwork has a different reference number on it with a hand written code underneath. As this new code has the extra digit displayed in the catalog I am inclined to believe it is original to the sale, and was modified by the seller at the time of purchase.
